Nong Plalai residents cleaned off one of the sub-district’s most-traveled streets to give visitors a good impression.
Mayor Pinyo Homklin led the large crowd of public servants and residents in sprucing up Santicam Circle Dec. 27.
The road, which leads to Santikam Temple, is frequented by both locals and tourists and was to be crowded during New Year celebrations.
The cleanup was organized to be sure that those visiting Nong Plalai see it as a clean and organized community, Pinyo said.
