The Love Song and Merit Power Group used funds raised at a December concert to purchase and donate a wheelchair to a disabled Soi Nong Krabok resident.
Kawinchai Wongpetch, organizer of the Old Thai Folk Music Contest hosted at the Nongprue Sub-district office last month, said Jan. 10 that money raised by the show was used to purchase the wheelchair.
The group regularly supplies wheelchairs to seniors and disabled residents. To date, it has given out five chairs and 30,000 baht in additional support, Kawinchai said.
