The month of March has been very special for the secondary students as St. Andrews International School, Green Valley Campus. The music department hosted its very first Secondary Music Concert. If it comes to musical talents this school definitely can proudly say they have it!
The concert was well attended by parents and students (Year 7 – 13) showcasing their musical abilities with fantastic performances, which included various duets, vocalists, various instrumentalists, ensembles and soloists.

The show featured such crowd favorites as music from the James Bond movie “SkyFall” to Handels “Lascia ch’io pianga” from the Opera Rinaldo; Mozart’s “Che Soave Zeffiretto” from Le nozze di Figaro, Michael Gore “Out here on my own” from the musical Fame, Bob Thiele “What a wonderful world”, a beautiful piano soloist performing the Chopin “Nocturne Op 9.2” and many more other spectacular performances.
The GCSE music students performed the very first St. Andrews Green Valley Overture and the closing ended with a high note with two spectacular performances by the senior choir singing “Viva la Vida” by Coldplay and “Titanium” by David Guetta.
