Many golfers were put off by the rain that had been pouring steadily overnight in Pattaya but, the few golfers who took a chance were rewarded with a pleasant day with very little rain once we had teed off.
Mike Lloyd had his best round to date in Thailand (on this visit) and won with a decent 34 points, and at Eastern Star that’s a good knock!

Friday, March 25, Treasure Hill – Stableford
Treasure Hill was in great condition for this time of the year and at the price they are charging it’s one of the best values around!
Wednesday’s winners Mike Lloyd with third placed Keith Smithson.
Quite a few low handicap golfers showed up today bringing the cut right down to handicap 14 and wasn’t William Macey pleased? William won the B Flight by three points ahead of Bruce Gladden and Duncan Lee (who made it onto the golf course for a change).
Colin Greig won the A Flight by beating John Graham on a count-back and Keith Smithson, playing off scratch, had a very respectable 34 points!
