Chiang Mai – The Election Commission (EC) is inviting public members to download its Smart Vote mobile application to easily access information about the upcoming general election, which will be held on March 24th, 2019.
The Director of the EC Office in Chiang Mai, Kriangkrai Pandokmai, said the commission had developed a system to publicize relevant information about the election of a new House of Representatives.
The Smart Vote app allows eligible voters as well as interested individuals to easily access various information.
The app provides steps on how to cast a vote and polling rules. It also allows users to locate their polling booths and report on election law violators.
The Smart Vote app can be downloaded from the App Store for the iOS system and the Play Store for the Andriod system. For more information, please call the EC’s hotline at 1444.
