Re: Getting in close and personal (Snap Shots PM Friday, 12 April 2013) – There is another way of getting macro on the cheap: Macro Reverse Ring Camera Mount Adapter. This is a cheap little gizmo available for most DSLR cameras that allows you to reverse mount your lenses. It is even possible – but difficult – to reverse the lens and hold it in place to get macro photos!
