A pregnant woman died after apparently hanging herself after an argument with her husband in Sattahip.
Napatsanan Kumsri, 28, was found dead in her row house on Soi Sattahip Sukhumvit 13 June 30. Spouse Anon Mitrub, 30, had cut her down from the window sill where she used a nylon rope to hang herself, he told police.
Anon said his wife, who was four months pregnant, got angry because he wouldn’t take her to the local flea market because it was late and nearly closed. So he left to buy her sushi that she liked.
When he returned, Napatsanan told her husband and 10-year-old daughter to eat first by themselves and she hung herself in the back room. She was dead by the time he found her, Anon said.
