There was more smoke than fire when old tires burst into flames at an East Pattaya tool shed.
Firefighters needed only a few minutes to quell the smoky blaze on Sukhumvit Soi 61/1 July 19. No one was injured.
Old tires put on top of a metal room burst into flames in the heat. The rubber created lots of black smoke, but not much else.
