Pattaya – Central Pattaya residents are complaining that large potholes on Soi Bongkot 8 are going to cause an accident.
Two big holes close to each other are marring the surface of the side street off Third Road, July 30.
Residents said the damage came from repeated flooding and poor maintenance. The holes are a danger to motorcyclists, especially when they fill with water, neighbors added.
