A broken water main created a three-meter-tall fountain in the middle of the railway-parallel road for hours.
The Provincial Waterworks Authority was slow to responding to the broken tap-water main near Kraitinglai Aug. 8. Water shot high into the air for more than two hours before the utility shut off the flow.
Drivers got wet, social media nuts got their photo and the roadway got a wash-down when a joint in the large pipe snapped.
