Monday, April 4, Green Valley – Stableford

1st Peter LeNoury 38pts

2nd Gary Blackburne 37pts

3rd Gary Bamford 36pts

Peter LeNoury managed to elude a double bogey and took the frame today with 38 points.  Gary Blackburne had a great 21 points on the back to slide into second with 37, while Gary Bamford had a consistent 18/18 to finish third with 36.

Wednesday, April 6, Treasure Hill – Stableford

1st Martin Zimmerman 36pts

2nd Bob Newell 35pts

3rd Mark Bonner 33pts

4th Bryan Carrol 32pts

A 30 minute rain delay didn’t seem to faze our winner today Martin Zimmerman.  With our first group heading off the 18th tee the storm came in and the rest headed for cover.  The last 3 holes were played in sloppy conditions and Zimmerman proved the best ‘mudder’.

Seamless Bob Newell couldn’t finish the 18th and settled for second on 35 points.  Playing partner Mark Bonner was in the same boat but only managed 33 points and Bryan Carrol trudged in with 32.

Friday, April 8, The Emerald – Stableford

1st Tom Breslin 33pts

2nd Dave Brennan 30pts

3rd Barney Cunningham 30pts

Seventy-seven years young Tom Breslin took the big prize today at Emerald.  There are several tee boxes currently under repair so the white tees were scattered amongst the available locals.  The greens were in fine shape and proved the nemesis for the field.  Second place went to Dave Brennan who nipped Barney Cunningham on count-back.

With the impending Songkran holiday The Golf Club will be traveling away to Khao Yai and the regular golf fixtures will resume Friday April 22 at Plutaluang.
