April 19 every year is the day of traditional ‘Wan Lai’ to be celebrated in Pattaya City. Larger crowd is expected to come into town this year. Beach road is closed from morning till late night for people to enjoy live music and shows. Traffic congestion around the city is inevitably part of celebration.
Songkran ‘Water Festival or Wan Lai Day’ started in Naklua one day earlier than the rest of Pattaya.
