Pattaya motorists say a damaged steel plate has created a traffic hazard on Central Road.
Motorists complained Nov. 18 that the plate, laid by the Provincial Electricity Authority to cover a hole where power lines are being buried, is loose and not flush with the road.
Both conditions are perilous, particularly to motorcyclists, they said.
Drivers urged the PEA or Pattaya to quickly remedy the problem.
