Pattaya School No. 8 held a merit-making ceremony in remembrance of HM King Rama IX the day before late monarch’s birthday.
Principal Nongnooch Ruksa opened the Dec. 4 event with local politicians, teachers and students present.
Everyone gave alms to monks for neighboring Chaimongkol Temple, who chanted prayers and enjoyed a morning meal.
