Re: Oil slick causes Bt100 million damage on Samet Island (PM Friday, 09 August 2013) – Root cause of any serious nature must be independently scrutinised as the article pointed out. 9 leaks is not the reputation of a national committed oil company and outside help might justify a clean open review of their procedures. In today’s green climate, the voice of the world watches the beaches and shorelines of all countries. Root cause must be in the public interest and urgent responses from PTT.
