Pattaya will give residents 1,000 baht each to help mitigate the economic pain from the city’s coronavirus lockdown.
City Council Chairman Anan Angkanawisai said April 23 that the city’s proposal to offer free food and cash handouts to residents is awaiting approval by Chonburi Province. If approved, registration will open early next month.
