Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha and cabinet ministers gave alms to 89 Buddhist monks at Sanam Luang ground to make merits on the birthday anniversary of Her Majesty Queen SirikitThe Queen Mother today.
Activities to celebrate the royal birthday anniversary at Sanam Luang included physical checkups, primary medical services and COVID-19 tests for general people. The prime minister met medical personnel there, gave them his moral support and asked them to take good care of their health to protect themselves from the coronavirus disease 2019.
At 8.30am Gen Prayut, his wife and cabinet ministers went to the Royal Government Unit Building 904 at the Grand Palace to write their best wishes for Her Majesty Queen SirikitThe Queen Mother.
At 6.30pm, a ceremony at Sanam Luang to pay respect to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother and at 7.19pm participants light candles and extend their best wishes to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. (TNA)
