World Animal week at The Regent’s School Pattaya was a roaring success with primary school teachers, staff and children dressing up as their favorite animals.

At The Regents School Pattaya we celebrate World Animal Day every year in Primary, but this year we wanted to celebrate World Animal Week, which ran from 30th September to Friday 4th October.

This themed week included competitions, specialist assemblies and guest speakers all associated with animal and environmental conservation. Students were able to learn about their favourite animals, animals reaching extinction and how to look after them and their environment for future years to come.

It was a fantastic week ending with our grand animal parade!

Debuting their costumes on a number of parade laps around the school grounds the children put on their best roars and proudly showed of their painted faces. Lions, tigers, crocodiles and even a lady bird were spotted marching around the school’s oval.
