One person was killed and 20 kids hurt when a car crashed head-on with a school bus in Mukdahan.
Thanapol Phosai, 25, died at the scene of the Sept. 30 accident in Muang District after he smashed his Toyota Corona into the front of the bus.
Bus driver Chatree Pikulsri had to be pried from the coach. The 20 students aboard suffered only minor injuries. All were sent to Mukdahan Hospital.
Police believe Thanapol overtook another car on a curve and collided head-on with the bus he didn’t see.
