BANGKOK, 9 Dec 2013, Thailand Post Company Limited is expected to achieve its target of generating 20 billion baht of revenue this year.
According to company managing director Anussara Jitmitrapab, the current political turmoil has not posted any threat to the company’s services, as it has had appropriate measures in advance to deal with the situation, such as moving goods to its distribution center at Don Mueang office.

Regarding whether or not to open its offices in the protest venues, the company leaves the decision to the managers of the offices in the protest areas
Miss Anussara said company’s revenue this year would likely reach 20,000 billion baht as targeted, with an approximated 1.2 billion baht net profit despite the dominance of the internet in the 21st century. She attributed the success to the company’s hard-working employees’ efforts.
