Tourist Police inspector Pol. Lt. Col. Somboon Eusamanmaitree led the team of officers from the Pattaya Marine Office, Marine Police, Pattaya Police Station and city hall to the South Pattaya jetty Nov. 7.

Together they inspected tour boats and speedboats and checked inspection certificates, pilot and mechanic licenses, and safety equipment before a gallery of cameras.

They also checked that all passengers passed disease-screening procedures and wore life jackets.
