City workers cleaning up jumbles of wires knocked out power to a South Pattaya neighborhood.
The Nov. 9 outage in the Soi Khopai area came after bundles of cable television, internet and phone were being organized, with dead lines pulled out and live wires tidied.
But the skilled pole workers managed to pull down electrical lines as well, plunging the neighborhood into darkness.
Community leaders called in the Provincial Electricity Authority, which restored power.
