According to the Royal Gazette, from 23 June onward, wearing a mask in Thailand is voluntary. Members of the public are not required to wear a mask in public places.
However, it is suggested that vulnerable groups — including pregnant women, the elderly, and people with chronic diseases — wear a mask to reduce the risk of infection.
In addition, the Ministry of Public Health has advised people to continue wearing masks in crowded or poorly ventilated places. (PRD)
