Thailand’s international arrivals reached 3.1 million Jan-July; Malaysians & Indians top list

From 1 January to 31 July 2022, Thailand has had 3,150,303 visitors, generating an income of 1.57 billion baht.

According to the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), Thailand has reopened to visitors after the outbreak of COVID-19, with a step-by-step relaxation of its travel policies for each period, as the situation improves.
As a result, from 1 January to 31 July 2022, Thailand has had 3,150,303 visitors, generating an income of 1.57 billion baht.



The five countries with the most visitors to Thailand are as follows:
1. Malaysia, 425,289 people;
2. India, 333,973 people;
3. Singapore, 183,716 people;
4. United Kingdom, 161,780 people;
5. United States of America, 146,891 people.
