Pattaya United slipped to their thirteenth defeat of the current Thai Division 1 league campaign when they lost 1-0 away at Trat FC last Sunday, August 31.

On a heavily rain affected pitch both sides struggled to create any clear cut chances and the only goal of the match came in the 56th minute from Trat’s Japanese striker Seiya Sugishita.  Despite United pressing late in the game they were unable to pierce a resilient home defence.
