BANGKOK, 3 September 2014 –The Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) has reported that the inundation of water in 17 provinces has been receding and that things are returning to normal.
However, Thailand has experienced increasing rainfalls since August 26 and flooding is still occuring in 7 provinces, comprising Pijit, Nakhonsawan, Nakhon Ratchasima, Pitsanulok, Payao, Tak and Maha Sarakham.
