The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has opened three ‘creative historical travel routes’ to stimulate interest in the history of various areas.

The TAT will kick off its first creative historical travel route in Ayutthaya province in November 2022.

The three historical routes include the Ayutthaya historical route, Dvaravati historical route (in Suphan Buri and Ratchaburi provinces), and Lavo historical route (Lop Buri province).

The activities will help to generate income for local communities and increase knowledge and understanding about Thai history.

In addition, these routes strictly follow COVID-19 prevention measures in accordance with the Ministry of Public Health’s standards and SHA standards. (PRD)
