The cabinet agreed to lift a ban on COVID-19 as an undesirable disease for visitors and the foreigners who reside in the country.
Deputy government spokeswoman Rachada Dhnadirek said after the cabinet’s meeting that the cabinet approved a ministerial notice that would update the list of banned diseases for visitors and foreign residents in the country.
The new ministerial notice removed COVID-19 from the government’ list of banned diseases for visitors and foreign residents.
Besides, the cabinet endorsed a regulation of the Office of the Civil Service Commission that will include psychosis and mood disorders with noticeable, severe or chronic symptoms which obstruct duties in a list of banned diseases for the people who apply to be civil servants. (TNA)
