A Police checkpoint on the Soi Khao Talo stopped a 29 year old Thai man Chatchai Srisen.
He was found to have 3 bank books, 200,000 baht in cash and two bags of the drug known as Ice.
Police conducts another search of the man who was carrying drugs and a large amount of cash.
Chatchai confessed that the drugs belonged to him and that he purchased them from a man known only as Tuk who lived near the port of Laem Chabang.
He stated that he would meet Tuk in front of a temple in Soi Khao Talo and exchange cash for the Ice.
Chatchai will now face criminal proceedings against him for possession of illegal drugs.
