Pattaya recognizes outstanding individuals, communities

Pattaya recognized its most outstanding citizens and community groups for upholding royal values and working on behalf of society.

Twenty-two individuals and groups received plaques and certificates. Nominations were taken in three categories: Individuals following HM the King’s “sufficiency economy” philosophy, outstanding individual contributions to society, and outstanding community organization.

The five outstanding citizens were: Phatsaraphol Jaroenphol from Chumsia community, Kasem Juyaeng from Nhong Tabaek community, Kulharp Aonyungyuen from Wat Bunkanjanaram community, Ladda Yangtae from Soi 5 Thanwa community, and Wanna Ngarmsuwan from Old market Naklua community.

Outstanding contributors to society included: Preecha Buranasin from Charoensukphatana community, Phirom Seangjaem from Koh Pai community, Sompong Pukcharoen from Wat Chaimongkol community, Somnuk Bunmalert from Bankrabok 33 community, Thanyanant Salee from Nhongphangkhae community, Somsak Pawan from Mappradu community, Hatsane Kasaveak from Rungrueng community, Hor Kleeteang from Kaothalo community, Sipphavit Rattanawarophas from Lhaemrajwet community, and Nuanlaor Paphan from Central Pattaya community.

The outstanding citizens honored for adapting and using the sufficiency economy principle were: Suphatsorn Theamphul from Koh Pai community, Kavarin Inthashoti from Shong Lom community, Panomporn Ranghom from Mappradu community, Suphatsorn Thongfue from Sai community, Kosum Jaihom from Nhongpankhae community, Amphai Buaplaengsee from Laem Rajvet community, Ulaiwan Yimvisai from Central Pattaya community and Vinia Jaemahad from Charoensuk Pattana community.

The Sai community also won an award for its use of the royal philosophy.
