PSC 106th Member’s Monthly Golf Tournament
This month we ventured to Rayong Country Club on Friday, June 10, for the 106th Pattaya Sports Club member’s golf tournament.
Many thanks to the management for accommodating our group on short notice and also for preparing the course, the best condition it has been in quite some time. We did play ‘lift, clean and place’ as there are still a few spots where it is only fair. The course played fair for all and there were quite a few good scores returned.

In form Mashi Kaneta topped the standings with a round of 84 to take out the low gross award. He was followed in by Peter Blackburn just the one shot behind who took top honours in the A Flight with a net 72 off his 13 Handicap.
Playing stableford in the B Flight, Eddie Beilby was top dog today but only on count-back over Jack Butler after both came in with 38 points, Eddie’s back nine of 20 edging Jack’s by one.
Gordon Clegg captured first place in C Flight with 34 points and Noi Emmerson went one better with 35 to take out the Ladies division on count-back over Rotjana Neal.

After the golf, Lewinski’s was the ever popular choice for the presentation with it offering great food, affordable drinks and being easy to get to. Thank you very big to all the staff there!
Lucky draws were received by all players and thanks go to PSC Golf Chairman Joe Mooneyham and Social Chairman Nigel Cannon for another well organized event.
Don’t forget – next month we will play out Member’s Monthly Open at Treasure Hills on the 22nd of July and we look forward to seeing you there.
