Bentley driver’s blood alcohol level within legal limit

The real estate businessman crashed his Bentley car into a brand-new Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV, causing it to lose control and collide with a fire rescue pickup truck on an expressway on Jan 8 but the Bentley driver refused to take a breathalyzer test after the accident.

The blood alcohol test result of the Bentley driver is below the blood alcohol content limit for drivers.

The real estate businessman crashed his Bentley car into a brand-new Mitsubishi Pajero Sport SUV, causing it to lose control and collide with a fire rescue pickup truck on an expressway on Jan 8 but the Bentley driver refused to take a breathalyzer test after the accident. He agreed to undergo a blood alcohol test later at the Police General Hospital.



The test result shows his blood alcohol content level was more than 10 milligrammes per cent.  Calculated to the time when the accident happened, his blood alcohol level was less than 45 milligrammes per cent, which is below the legal limit at 50, according to the report.

Meanwhile, the police will await the drug test result and are investigating the speed rate of his vehicle at the time of the crash. (TNA)
