Pattaya City is now holding the kite festival on the beach in front of Central Festival shopping mall from February 24 to 28. Visitors can enjoy the stunning and colorful giant kites that come in different shapes and forms ranging from whales, octopuses, pandas, sharks, butterflies, and more. Kites are also on sales at the stalls.
The kites are now flying above the area but only until Tuesday.
