Thailand is fast becoming a popular destination again for Chinese tourists. Spring Airlines subsequently now operates flights from Bangkok to Guangzhou, Nanning, Xi’an, Ningbo, Nanchang, Lanzhou, and Jieyang, as well as from Chiang Mai to Guangzhou and Shanghai. The company has also increased the frequency of flights between Bangkok and Shanghai, and Phuket and Shanghai, bringing the total weekly Thai-Chinese flights up to 62.

With the number of tourists from China to Thailand expected to increase significantly during the summer, the company has resolved to add 20 more flights and expand its existing roster of routes. This effectively increases the number of flights from China to Thailand to 82 per week.
The added route from Bangkok to Chengdu will be available for service starting March 26.
