Pattaya police are hunting a Thai man who burglarized Darul Ibadah Mosque on Pattaya Central Road making off with 30,000 baht.
Mosque executives Thawat Ratchaneekorn Na Ayutthaya and Surin Yimyai gave security-camera footage of the 2:25 a.m. April 2 break-in to Pattaya Police that day. They said they know the man with shaved head caught on video.
The burglar broke in to two donation boxes, stealing the cash within, and took a third box with him. In addition to the 30,000 in donations lost, the burglar did about 10,000-baht damage, they said.
