The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced the upcoming 41st Thailand Tourism Festival (TTF 2023), scheduled to take place from August 2 to 6 at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), Bangkok. The festival will revolve around the theme of ‘Inno-Cultural for Sustainable Tourism,’ combining innovative technology, rich cultural experiences, and a focus on sustainability in the tourism industry.
TTF 2023 will offer visitors the opportunity to explore a wide array of tourism products and services from different regions of Thailand. The event features five uniquely designed tourism villages representing the Central, Eastern, Northern, Northeastern (Isan), and Southern regions, along with four additional zones focusing on Amazing Thailand, Thai Tourism Alliances, Net Zero Tourism, and a Main Stage for cultural and musical performances.
Each zone will present distinct highlights and attractions to immerse visitors in the diversity of Thailand’s offerings. The festival aims to promote Unseen tourist attractions, Untold stories, Unlimited experiences, and Unpredictable adventures that go beyond expectations and leave lasting impressions.
TAT has emphasized its commitment to sustainable tourism practices by encouraging exhibitors to adopt zero-landfill concepts and incorporate recyclable materials in booth decorations. Waste management will be a priority during the festival, with 14 waste sorting points set up around the event area and staff on hand to educate visitors on proper waste separation and disposal.
The TTF 2023 will be held at the LG Hall 5-8 floors of the QSNCC, and admission is free for all attendees. To access the event, visitors are advised to use the MRT underground and alight at the QSNCC Station, exiting through Exit 3. For more information, the TAT Contact Centre can be reached at 1672. (NNT)
