Dear Sir,
I have been running / walking over in Jomtien for the last six weeks. I have read the negative / positive letters about KOTO. Jomtien is actually clean, and KOTO’s signs are unobtrusive, but the area around the rubbish bins really stinks. Now if you move to the very south end of Jomtien, where all the Chinese buses and their drivers hang out, this is the dirtiest place in Pattaya! Bus drivers and their occupants dump all trash on the sidewalk and over the sea-wall. KOTO: Go sort these litter louts out.
