H.E. Admiral Narong Pipattanasai, Minister of Education, is welcomed to Dusit Thani Pattaya by hotel resident manager Neoh Kean Boon for the opening ceremony of the World Scout Parliamentary Union Executive Committee meeting recently. The event was also attended by Hon. Prof. Pornpetch Wichitcholchai, president of the National Legislative Assembly of Thailand. During the meeting, it was agreed that the 8th general assembly would be held in 2016 instead of 2017 in Sweden in which younger scout leaders will be invited to represent their own countries.
