A procession of contemporary art titled ‘Chiang Rai 2023 Art Carnival’, created by artists and communities from 18 districts in Chiang Rai province, is scheduled to take place on 19 November 2023 at Chaloem Phra Kiat Clock Tower on Banphaprakan Road, from 17.00 hr onward.
The Chiang Rai 2023 Art Carnival aims at promoting Chiang Rai province as the host of Thailand Biennale 2023, which will highlight artworks by 60 artists from 21 countries, from 9 December 2023 to 30 April 2024, at various venues around Chiang Rai. (PRD)
