Urbanscape Real Estate Developer Co. has launched the fifth phase of its S-Fifty Cloud condominium project, an eight-story 100-million-baht building on Sukhumvit Soi 50.
Project directors Pongsatorn Jiraprasert and Paranee Jiraprasert said Jan. 25 that the low-rise condo will be built on eight rai in the S-Fifty Cloud complex. The building is the fifth of nine planned in total. The new building is located 150 meters from Sukhumvit Road and situated close to many high-end shopping centers. Ninety percent of S-Fifty Cloud’s residents are Thai.

The new building offers 24-sq.-meter studios and one-bedroom units ranging from 32.6 to 48 sq. meters. Prices start at 890,000 baht. Completion is scheduled for December 2016, after which the sixth phase will begin on an adjacent plot of land.
Paranee said reservations have been open since December and about 70 percent of the units in the new building have been booked, she said.
