CHIANG MAI, 18 Feb 2015, Minister Attached to the Prime Minister Office, M.L. Panadda Dissakul, has lectured on the importance of the 12 national core values and the learning of a 3rd language, in preparation for the advent of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).
The lecture was given to the students of Phangchanupatham High School in Chiang Mai yesterday, which was attended by more than 500 students and school staff.
According to the Minister, learning a 3rd language of choice aside from English would serve the students well when the AEC arrives at the end of this year. He also said that maintaining the 12 national core values, especially on being grateful to their parents, teachers and the nation, would definitely lead to success in their careers and lives.
The lecture was broadcast live via Radio Thailand’s FM 89.25 MHz and community radio 106 MHz to the rest of the province and nearby areas.
