A coalition between four state agencies and the Mirror Foundation has been established to address mental health issues among the homeless. The alliance, formed through a memorandum of understanding, aims to support and reintegrate mentally unstable homeless individuals with their families.

The collaboration, involving the Social Development and Welfare Department, the Thai Health Promotion Foundation, the Department of Mental Health, the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, and the Mirror Foundation, focuses on linking various databases to track down the families of the homeless, facilitating their treatment and reunion.
