Dusit International recently announced the signing of a hotel management agreement (HMA) for the first-ever dusitD2 project to be located in Myanmar.
Slated for a 2017 opening date, the dusitD2 Residence Yangon will be situated between the city centre and Yangon International Airport. The residence will offer 300 units, a specialty dining outlet, bar, business lounge and recreational facilities including a gym and swimming pool.
Dusit has entered into the HMA agreement with real estate developer, Myanmar JP Asset Co. Ltd. The building has been designed by Iida Architect Studio in Japan and the construction management will be handled by Kokusai Land (Vietnam) Ltd.
