Regarding the interconnected roles of OFOS and THACCA, OFOS is a national policy that sets goals to build people from every eligible family by upskilling, reskilling and developing their creative skill via training centers, from local to national levels, with an opportunity to extend their knowledge with international education.

Recently, the Thai government established the “Thailand Creative Content Agency,” or THACCA, and the “One Family, One Soft Power” policy, or OFOS.

THACCA and OFOS come with the aim to raise skills of more than 20 million Thais to make them “high skilled and creative workers,” leading to 20 million job positions, earning at least US$ 111 million/year, and creating sustainable economic growth, with the ultimate goal to make Thailand the global leader of soft power.

Regarding the interconnected roles of OFOS and THACCA, OFOS is a national policy that sets goals to build people from every eligible family by upskilling, reskilling and developing their creative skill via training centers, from local to national levels, with an opportunity to extend their knowledge with international education. The overall process will cost nothing for the Thai participants. The project plans to create 20 million high-skilled and creative workers from 20 million families which can raise their income by at least US$ 5,500/year for each family.

On the other hand, THACCA is an organization designed to create jobs for the abovementioned 20 millions workers from OFOS by creating and promoting 11 creative industries under the National Soft Power Strategy, namely food, gaming, festivals, music, film, literature, arts, design, sports, fashion, and tourism.
