Thailand the land of smiles? More like the land of noise. Anyone can open a karaoke bar on a piece of waste ground and play very loud music until 0200-0300 in the morning, even without customers.
Do you not need a license, or is that just for farangs?
During the day, we have pickups with loudspeakers wandering the streets in packs of 3. Dear Mr Mayor, just when do I get some sleep?
