The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced the registration opening for its new platform, “TAT Connex,” which will launch on August 15, 2024. The platform has been established to enhance connections between Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, media personalities, and local tourism businesses to promote Thailand’s tourist attractions.

“TAT Connex” aligns with TAT’s ‘Partnership 360’ marketing strategy, which seeks to employ a digital approach to evolve Thai tourism into a more sustainable and inclusive sector. The platform is open to a diverse range of influencers, including bloggers, celebrities, and media figures, offering them a chance to engage with businesses across ten tourism-related sectors, such as hotels, restaurants, transportation, and recreational activities.

This digital interface also provides an avenue for influencers and businesses to foster collaborative partnerships, enabling the creation of tourism-focused content that could be shared across various social networks. Such collaborations are expected to drive travel interest and increase tourism expenditure throughout Thailand.

Businesses can register for free on the “TAT Connex” website, while influencers can sign up through the platform’s dedicated mobile application, available on Android and iOS. (NNT)
