The biannual AFT Basketball Tournament finals took place on Sunday November 14 at the Fairtex Sports Club in north Pattaya.
After two months of group and knockout games the two teams who contested the final were newcomers to the league Horseshoe Point from Pattaya, and the veteran Kabagis team from Bangkok. After a tightly fought match it was the experienced Kabagis who eventually prevailed by the score of 73–63. They were duly crowned as champions for the first time since joining the league in 2009.

At the trophy presentation, awards were also given out to players who gave the most outstanding performances during the season and the finals. Picking up the Finals MVP (Most Valuable Player) award was Jun Arellano from the Kabagis team while the Season MVP award went to Nap Tumanguil from the Horseshoe Point team.
