Re: Floods, faulty design – not corruption – to blame for shoddy Sattahip road, contractor insists (PM Friday 22 May 2015) – Instead of making some roads of concrete and some of bitumen, low lying parts of roads where water is likely to stand during the rainy season should be made of concrete, the rest of the roads of bitumen.
