PATHUM THANI, Thailand – In the early hours of the morning on November 2, an electrical short-circuit on a utility pole led to an explosion, sparking a fire that spread to a nearby home, leaving it entirely destroyed in Khlong Luang District.

Police in Khlong Luang Station received reports around 4:30 a.m. of a house fire in the 7-8 Phatthana community. Firefighters and rescue units quickly arrived to find the blaze intensifying, prompting nearby residents to evacuate for safety. Firefighters worked to contain the flames, successfully extinguishing the fire after approximately 30 minutes.

The homeowner, though shaken and slightly injured, escaped without serious harm. Witnesses reported seeing flames starting from the electrical lines before spreading to the home, which was made of wood. Police have documented the scene and will coordinate further investigation with forensic experts. (TNA)
