Prime Minister Paetongtarn requests extension for asset declaration deadline, cites need for thorough review.

BANGKOK, Thailand – Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra explained her request for an extension to submit her asset and liability declaration to the National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) on November 5.

She stated that the tight schedule and the need for thoroughness were the reasons behind the request. She emphasized that the declaration will be completed and provided with additional care, with the support of her family.

When asked about the transfer or sale of shares to her mother and sister, she refrained from providing specifics, stating that her husband and sister were helping her manage the legal aspects of the matter and would provide details later.
